Aha i love this guy
So, to set the facts straight before the rumour mill starts turning...
The other day I was up in Blackfriars Crown Court for an Antisocial Behaviour Order hearing, brought upon me by TfL and BTP. I cant remember what all the conditions trying to be imposed were, but they consisted of various ridiculous things like not being able to associate with certain friends for 10 years, not being able to possess a crowbar or high visibility workwear, not being able to knowingly trespass anywhere in England and Wales, shit like that. It was a pretty long hearing thanks to large levels of disorganisation/missing paperwork, most of the evidence submitted by the prosecution being nothing more than a waste of paper since I had never denied what they thought they were trying to prove, and a BTP officer giving evidence who didn’t understand the difference between the time a photo is taken and the time it is published.
Anyway, to cut a long story short I won the case, the judge ruling that the order was “labyrinthine” and overall not required. Cheers to everyone who got in touch in support of my case (and of course, everyone who said I should be hanged for my crimes), hit me up if you want to know more.
