Graffiti is not a crime.

This could be used as a reference in UK cases, as many defense, and prosecution lawyers often
bring up existing cases in reference to their current one (krek and mers was used in mine) so take note.

'Writing on a train cannot be considered 'Damage', as the carriage is still capable of its use. A landmark
ruling in favour of a writer this week.. 'Drawing on the walls of a railway carriage, tags, etc, is not a
crime of  'Damage', give than the wagon may very well be used for transport services, there is no
difference between graffiti and an advert wrap, other than one was paid for' was the ruling by a
Treviso (Italy) Judge in a lawsuit against a 30 year old writer. A somewhat historical judgement.
